Kol HaLev
Kol HaLev is a vibrant Reconstructionist Jewish community known for its joyful spirituality, intellectual curiosity, inclusivity, and deep caring about each other and the world around us. Our creative services and dynamic programming for all ages connect us to our tradition and engage us in a Judaism that is responsive to the times and culture in which we live. Most of all, Kol HaLev is about people – our members – who are active in building this open, fulfilling environment together. Come see for yourself why so many are inspired to make Kol HaLev their Jewish communal home.
Steve Segar, Rabbi
Kol HaLev means “Voice of the Heart” in Hebrew. Mindful of the vast and evolving landscape of “who is a Jew,” our growing, diverse, multi-generational community embraces and celebrates all who seek a spirited, collaborative environment in which to explore Judaism through prayer, study, song, fellowship and social action, or tikkun olam (literally, “repairing the world.”)
Kol HaLev holds regular Shabbat and holiday religious services and celebrations, life cycle events, community service activities and innovative educational programs for all ages.
