A unique program designed to support individuals and caregivers. Taking care of a loved-one who has Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia-related disorders can cause stress and frustration. It is critical to have access to timely information and local resources, support in creating and managing a plan of care, and respite that allows you to take a break from your caregiving responsibilities. If a loved-one is showing signs of cognitive difficulties and you suspect the cause may be Alzheimer’s or another related disorder, call JFSA.
