Jewish summer camp for kids and teens helps families connect their children to their Jewish heritage. With this campership program, children and teenagers can attend a Jewish summer camp at no cost! Full camp scholarships, camping supplies and transportation are available for youth ages 9 to 17, to approved Jewish overnight camps and Jewish high school summer programs – including Israel. This program’s goal is to provide the opportunity for youth to develop an enduring sense of being part of the larger Jewish community and for families to connect with their Jewish heritage. Scholarships are available for youth who attend public, charter, or secular private schools and face significant financial or other barriers to participating in Jewish programs. JFSA administers scholarships, grants, and interest-free loans to students in the greater Cleveland area enrolled in accredited institutions of higher education. Scholarships are awarded in competition with other students who have met application requirements. Some scholarships are renewable. Grants and loans are based on need and available funds.
