The Mandel JCC's state-of-the-art Fitness, Wellness and Recreation Department offers a comprehensive approach to fitness with over 60,000 square feet devoted to fitness and offer a variety of machines, classes and programs to match all interests, skills and abilities. Kids 10 and older can use the Mandel JCC's award-winning fitness center cardio and strength training equipment with a youth orientation. Personal training is available for kids ages 7 and up.
